Eligibility for Returns Items must be returned within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom prints, logo cups with proprietary printing, custom-colored cups, custom colored cutlery, all custom wax/sandwich paper printed, custom hot cups
Return Process Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Prepare the Package: Include the product and proof of purchase in the original packaging. Ship the Return: Send the package to 4560 PACIFIC BLVD VERNON CA 90058. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
